„The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable“

„The property was as described on the listing. The view was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Everything you need is here or nearby. We had plenty of food and local shop options near us, so getting things was easy. The only downfall was a washing machine that didn't work properly, and the flooded streets. „Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, etwas dunkel. Aber die Bilder lügen! Wir haben die Wohnung gewält, weil wir auf dem Balkon sitzen und die schöne, weite Aussicht durch die Palmen auf das Meer genießen wollten. Ein Schock bei unserer Ankunft: linke Hand vor der Wohnung ist eine Restaurant mit einer vorgelagerten Bar gebaut worden. Der weite Blick ist auf etwa die Hälfte reduziert! „The unit was clean and just as described. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to use smart tv to get into Netflix and Amazon easily. There was some construction going on nearby so an alternate path to the beach was a bit nicer of an experience but that’s just a limited time inconvenience. Nirka was a treat to have clean and do our laundry and Jose the taxi driver was very nice and reliable. “

"So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. 1,5 Stunden anstehen für einen Frühstückstisch, überall lassen Gäste ihr ToGo Essen liegen. Beim Abendessen totales Chaos, ebenfalls Wartezeiten bis zwei Stunden. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und bemüht, das Konzept und die Horden an Gästen (1.800 Zimmer, rund 4.200 Gäste) funktioniert leider nicht. Wir waren nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung da, hatten uns auf das besondere Erlebnis gefreut…. Aber war soooo froh wieder abzureisen. Die Pools sind schrecklich, keine karibische Musik, keine Stimmung. Bei Ankunft sind wir an den Strand und waren versehentlich im falschen „Club“-Bereich. Da kam gleich Security und hat uns unfreundlich vertrieben: der Strand war aber aufgrund Regens menschenleer… Naja. Wir gehen hier nie wieder hin"

"Was man insgesamt sagen kann, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so die sprachlichen Voraussetzungen gegeben waren. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit wurde dem Hotelanspruch nach Außen nicht gerecht. Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants war gut bis sehr gut. Allerdings war das "Gourmetrestaurant" im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants sehr enttäuschend. Mein Dessert "flambiertes crèpe jousette" ist im cointrau ertrunken."
