Located on a private lot with beautiful ocean views this 1900’s biscuit box style Newfoundland home was recently renovated for modern day comfort.
The area is quiet and the community friendly.
It’s conveniently located centrally to all local tourists attractions or you can whale/iceberg watch right from the front veranda.
The local wharf is just a 5 minute walk away where you’ll get to see local fishermen come and go with their catch.
Just minutes away from restaurants, walking trails, historic towns and beautiful beaches to explore you’ll get the full Newfoundland experience. The town water supply is from a community well that is tested often for safety. It has a mild discolouration that may cause discolouration on white clothing. It is safe to shower and wash with. Use your own discretion for washing laundry. I use it to wash laundry that isn’t a pure white. I have provided a water dispenser in the kitchen area with water to drink, cook and brush your teeth.
