Located just outside the Historic District of Lewes, DE, right off Route 1 to the east, this townhome is located in the charming and quiet development of “Taramino – The Villas of Lewes” with access to Georgetown-Lewes Trail so you can bike to the beach without having to cross the highway! Minutes to the beach of your choice: Cape Henlopen, Lewes Beach, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany. A short drive to Ocean City MD, and Assateague National Sea Shore to indulge in nature with the wild horses. The location is extremely convenient to the outlets along Route 1 as well as miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, restaurants, etc.

The brand new kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, new white cabinets, new SAMSUNG stainless steel appliances with an easy-to-clean glass top stove, and extra large French door refrigerator. Small appliances include a 10-cup coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, boiler and and more! Open the drawers and cabinets, you will find fully loaded cookware, silverware, plates/bowls/cups, wine glasses and beer glasses and utensils ready for meals big or small!

Upstairs, you have bright and spacious three bedrooms with a newly renovated master bathroom and a gorgeous stall bath. New washer/dryer in the laundry room at this level. The master bedroom has a new private bath, with all upgraded vanity and fixtures, and a walk-in closet for your belongings. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom, and a walk-in closet. The unit can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella for your enjoyment. You have a workstation set up in the sunroom with a printer you can connect with wifi. You can work while enjoy the beaches !

For your hygiene, guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin). Pillows, shams, blanket/comforters will be provided. Host can provide other options if guests have problem bringing your own linens.

We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).
