Dieses spektakuläre Haus liegt direkt am Wasser in der Pot-Nets Bayside und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 4, 5 Bäder und einen weit geöffneten Wohnbereich, der Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer für großartige Familienunterhaltung kombiniert. Machen Sie einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang entlang der Promenade des Yachthafens, um zum beliebten Paradise Grill, zum Privatstrand, zu den Angel- und Krabbenstegen zu gelangen. Pools, Tennis, Baseball und Spielplätze sind vor Ort. Bootsscheine können für 40 USD pro Tag ausgeliehen werden. Ein Golfwagen ist in dieser Unterkunft ohne zusätzliche Kosten enthalten. Kinder sind willkommen und Haustiere auch! Tolle Lage für Kajak- und Stand-Up-Paddleboards! Nach einer kurzen Fahrt erreichen Sie den weltberühmten Baywood Greens Golfplatz (10 Minuten), die steuerfreien Tanger Outlet Center (20 Minuten) und die malerischen Innenstädte von Rehoboth Beach und Lewes (30 Minuten).

HAUSTIERBESTIMMUNGEN: Dieses Haus ist tierfreundlich. Es gibt maximal 2 Hunde (nur Hunde). Der Tierhalter muss eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 20 USD pro Tier und Nacht zahlen. WENN SIE VORHABEN, EIN HAUSTIER MITZUBRINGEN, RUFEN SIE BITTE UNSEREN RESERVIERER AN UND SPRECHEN SIE MIT IHNEN.

A perfect golf trip hideout

An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home. Certainly, I would come back and enjoy more time in future.

Beautiful house and location

The check in code that was sent didn’t work, but the company responded right away and we were able to get in. The cleanliness of the house was not up to standard. The floors were dirty our socks would be almost black, there was also dog hair in lots of places-we did bring a dog, but ours does not shed. Also, the drain in one of the bathrooms did not work-which was fine for us because there were so many other bathrooms. Also, one of the headboards was broken in one of the rooms- it was not attached to the bed. But we would definitely try to stay there again if we were to visit Delaware!

I think everything was very nice. But the house was not that clean. All the vents are filthy.

There was stuff under our beds that looked like they had been there for years. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. And the master bathroom shower was not clean at all. You should really have someone clean the homes better. Also there is so much dust under the couch in the living room

Nice community; large, comfortable rental; great communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The nearby beach and playground were great for our young children. The rental was clean and tidy, except for the dust bunnies under the couches. The beds were very comfortable. Rarely have I stayed anywhere with more comfortable mattresses. The rental property was large and convenient. The rental had a well stocked kitchen. Their cancellation policy is very inflexible. We had to delay getting to the rental by one day and had to come home early by one day, so we paid for 7 days and only used 5. If I'd gone to a hotel, I would have at least gotten those two days back in terms of $$. So that is a huge downside for us. We have young children and sometimes vacations just don't go according to plan. We would come back and stay here if it weren't for that factor. I think we'll have to look for a future rental that has a more flexible policy.

It really is the only transportation you need once you arrive. The view was beautiful and the short distance to the Grill was perfect for our guests. It was not a huge deal, but some of the kitchen implements definitely needed to be replaced, but as I said it was not a huge deal.

The houses are spacious and the perks of having a golf cart are always a hit with the kids and we all enjoy nighttime rides around the area. My only critique for this time was that our golf cart broke down Friday night and we were told no others were available even though several other rentals were vacant so we were left all day Saturday without one and needed to drive everywhere. I do think replacement golf carts should be available in instances like that since part of the reason so many do rent is for that reason.

The house was very nice and spacious, and the view was beautiful. We all had a great time (8 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs) fit comfortable. The beach was very nice but you're on the bay so the water murky but there are 2 big pool complexes, and the development was very nice. The house needed a good vacuum, and I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, theirs were very stiff. Also, you should see if you can rent an extra golf cart, the house comes with one 6-seater but the house is for 10 guest.

Great Weekend Rental for a Girlfriends Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for a Girlfriends Trip for Seawitch Festival. Since I own a smaller place in Bayside it was great to have larger accommodations so we could all be together in one location.

Home was a Joy to stay in

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a brand new, well designed house! Just beautiful and very close to the beach, playground, and Paradise Grill. Having a golf cart to explore the area was an unexpected plus. The only down side is the general area is a bit congested and the location of the house means a lot of traffic going by. View of the bay would be diminished by the full parking lot
