Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We were not pleased with our stay unfortunately. There was a lot of construction going on which we were unaware of when we booked our stay. The construction workers were using the only elevator available. Our room had exposed sprinklers in both the living area as well as the bathroom. Our sink drain also didn’t work so the water was rising and staying in the sink causing us to have to use the toilet to brush our teeth over which is extremely unsanitary. The A/C didn’t stay on in the room so we were hot and uncomfortable at night. Last but not least, the WIFI on the TV didn’t work. We tried to use the Roku to go on streaming services and the WIFI wasn’t connected. We called for assistance and while the two men who came in were nice, they had no idea what they were doing or how to fix the issue. The 2nd man who was the manager told us none of the WIFI in the building works. I’m not sure if he told us that so we wouldn’t request a room change or what but, that was another negative. The proximity to the beach was amazing but, unfortunately that was the only positive thing we experienced staying at this hotel.
