„Ottima accoglienza e cortesia, struttura tranquilla e gradevole“

„Location is key! The appartment is located right in the heart of the city, and the biggest plus for me was the big Big balcony.“

„Very spacious and very quiet apartment on the second floor. Ten minutes to main piazza bit there’s lots of restaurants in the immediate area and all very good (that we tried). Drinks around the market are also great. The apartment is large for two people and stylish. The photos on the website are accurate. Ten/fifteen minutes walk to the train station.“

„The room was clean and amenities are ok. Near shops and restaurants. “

„Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street.“

„We stayed five nights and overall it was good. Nevertheless there are a few details which leave room for improvement, e.g. internaional TV channels or certain appliances. “

„Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.“

„Ottima struttura, perfettamente curata in ogni dettaglio... addirittura il caricabatterie per il telefono sul comodino e un elastico per i capelli nel set di cortesia in bagno...oltre set di piatro/bicchieri/posate per la bimba! Mai trovate tutte queste "coccole" nei nostri numerosi viaggi :)Pulizia perfetta ed estrema gentilezza della proprietaria ... Detraglio delizioso: il grazioso giardinetto con tavolino esterno “
