„The pool was down the hill and not in the hotel as it was written, that there is a free entrance to the spa and pool. There was also no free busservice to the Pool side and also it was snowing that time. There was no winterservice and the streets up the mountains been full of snow and ice. The hotel is new and in a good condition also the service was ok and the entrance into the ski area was also cool.“

„The room had a very nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. It was spacious and had every thing I needed. There is a nice terrace also with a good view . Most people were having tea, but they serve nice food as well. I enjoyed the chicken lüla kebabs amd they were tasty.“
