„The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues. ...

„Booked & prepaid 50 Euro to the hotel for shuttle that doesent show up after 14h flight and after contacting hotel 4x via chat for 24 hours prior. Had to find a taxi at Istanbul airport, the hotel wanted to reimburse me the additional costs or refund the never deleivered taxi service. Room smells uterly like rotten wastewater. Avoid this place please !!!“
