"They give me a different room by mistake at the beginning but the personal was super helpful and after 5 min they assigned me the right one. ☺️ Only one thing, but I think it can happen to anyone. This time there was a problem after midnight with the sewage system. When I woke up on the morning the shower and WC were overflowing; hopefully 爛 is already fixed."

"Gute Lage, moderne Zimmer. Alles vorhanden was es für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Sauber - bis auf den Teppich im Zimmer, der nicht mehr zeitgemäss ist. Early-Check-In wird spontan angeboten, aber zu einem unanständigen Preis (wenn man bedenkt, dass das Zimmer offenbar bereits verfügbar wäre... - andernorts bekommt man das auf Kulanz). Freundliches Personal."

"Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht und auch ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen ! Sauber, mit Klimaanlage, alles perfekt. Nur die Dusche war etwas klein, aber dies ist unrelevant. Sehr nettes Personal und immer hilfsreich. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank."

"Everything was wonderful in the hotel aside from the noise emanating from the AC (we noticed it only at night when we went to bed). It wasn't very loud, but it did bother us to sleep, and the problem hadn't been fixed by the time we left. We stayed there altogether for 3 nights. Might I just add that there were hardly any good hotels in the area that provided AC in the rooms during the heat wave that Switzerland had suffered, so just for that they deserve 2 thumbs up. 👍👍"
