"Everything was wonderful in the hotel aside from the noise emanating from the AC (we noticed it only at night when we went to bed). It wasn't very loud, but it did bother us to sleep, and the problem hadn't been fixed by the time we left. We stayed there altogether for 3 nights. Might I just add that there were hardly any good hotels in the area that provided AC in the rooms during the heat wave that Switzerland had suffered, so just for that they deserve 2 thumbs up. 👍👍"
