"Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Mitten der Natur! Tolle Gastgeber und es besteht die Möglichkeit viele Wildtiere zu beobachten. Der Ort eignet sich bestens um wirklich abzuschalten. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mehrere Nächte zu bleiben :-) Noch ein sehr wichtiger Hinweis: Die Zufahrt ist nur mit einem 4x4 Fahrzeug möglich."

"Our stay at Bosque del Cabo Rain Forest Lodge was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the extremely friendly staff made us feel instantly welcome. They provided helpful tips for the walks and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the rainforest. The tours were highly professional, and we were fortunate to have Carlos as our guide - he was outstanding. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to spot incredible wildlife such as a potoo and a sloth during the nature tour as well scorpion and Bothrops asper in the night walk. The trails were a highlight of our visit. Both the Golfo Dulce Trail and the Pacific Trail offered breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife encounters. Each walk felt like a new adventure, and we loved exploring the different ecosystems. On our last early morning walk, we even discovered an anteater searching for food high up in a tree, which was a magical experience. Special thanks also to José for his understanding when our plans had to change - his flexibility and kindness were very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we only had three nights at the lodge, which felt far too short. If our travel route had allowed, we would have gladly stayed longer to soak in more of this extraordinary place. Bosque del Cabo is a gem in the rainforest - welcoming, professional, and full of wonders. We cannot recommend it highly enough and hope to return one day for a longer stay."

"Die Anlage ist mitten in der schönen Natur und läd ein alle Trails die sich auf dem Gelände befinden zu begehen.Die Lodge ist mit viel Liebe zu Natur und Detail eingerichtet .. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wer die Natur liebt und Costa Rica auch nachts mit allen Sinnen genießen will sollte sich diese Unterkunft nicht entgehen lassen. Die angebotenen Touren sind absolut empfehlenswert."

"Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter der Flughafenpiste (was allerdings nicht störend ist) in einem sehr schönen Parkgelände. Die Struktur ist ziemlich neu und alles ist noch gut in Schuss. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und geräumig, bloß das Fenster war an der Außenseite stark verschmutzt. Es gibt einen schönen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und einer Poolbar, die Drinks, Essen und Snacks anbietet. Badetücher und sogar Sonnencreme gibt's ebenfalls. Parkplatz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück hatten wir nicht und können wir nicht beurteilen. Um zum Ort und zum Pier zu gelangen muss man den Flughafen umrunden. Das geht auch zu Fuß, wenn man will. Am ersten Tag gab es kein Internet, das lag aber offenbar nicht am Hotel, sondern am Provider. Wirklich gesagt hat man uns das beim Check-in aber nicht. Später wurde uns dann aber ein Info-Brief vor die Tür gelegt. Etwas ärgerlich was es schon, aber in dieser Ecke von Costa Rica muss man vielleicht damit rechnen. Mit Ausnahme einer Rezeptionistin beim Check-in war das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich."
