„Casa YaYa was just the right speed for our family, which loves privacy and relaxation on vacation. We picked the house for its location and view, both of which were as good as advertised. We all spent as much time as possible out on the deck, and more than one nap was taken in the rope hammocks during afternoon siesta time. „This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The infinity pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you want class and luxury this is the place to rent.“

„We had a great time, view was spectacular. Very close to Megan's Bay which was great for snorkeling, and just relaxing. Views from house were amazing and pool was clean and again view was spectacular. House is everything we expected and pictures are current so expect what you see. Restaurants around house were close and very good. Just an all around great trip. Highly recommend!“

„This was our third time staying at one of James and Tara’s places. The homes are always consistent— great—and so is their communication. The property is beautiful, clean, and has all of the amenities from the pool, beach chairs, to snorkeling gear. Every detail is well- thought out. „The house was very clean! And the views were very beautiful! The listing wasn’t completely accurate with the 11th person. The extra twin bed is actually a futon in the downstairs master suite. The hot water in 2 out of the 3 showers was pretty much non existent. This was a big problem… trying to convince small kids to take a luke warm shower was a pain point each night. „Our first time back to St Thomas in 10 years and we had a great time. The house was great. Needs a few small maintenance items - squeaky doors and the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I would pay for the pool to be heated. Overall all it was great and we’d stay here again. Tarcia is a great property manager and very responsive to any communications. “

„Great house we enjoyed every bit of it. The views are incredible. The caretaker/ check in- check out was super easy.A true adventure getting in and out of property location I would suggest a 4wd high clearance vehicle. We where in a minivan loaded heavy with 7 people and all our luggage and in wet conditions it was a challenge to say the least.The house could use a bit of love but over all 9 out of 10 stars.“
