„Great location near Magens Bay and 12 minutes drive to town. The property has great poolside views and a good coffee shop on property. Also great casual restaurant for lunch or dinner. Room was spacious. I had a room with a loft that was huge.“

„This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!“

„Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.“

„We enjoyed the property but didn’t love it. Great set up with two bedrooms, two baths with family room and kitchen. Elevator system is definitely a little strange, food on site is decent but we found better options when venturing out. Staff was friendly“
