This family-friendly, two-story home provides guests with everything they could need for a breezy stay. You'll get to enjoy a private patio with the perfect setting for a barbecue: an outdoor dining area and a gas grill. Inside, the first level of the home offers a bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and carpeted floors that seamlessly combines the dining area, living room, and kitchen. You and your guests will love hanging out in the living room, which is equipped with a large sectional sofa, an armchair, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Chilly days shouldn't be a worry, all you have to do is turn on the fireplace, snuggle up close, and stream your favorite shows for a cozy evening at home.

The kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need to be the star chef of the group. The gorgeous wooden dining table can seat up to seven people comfortably and the small breakfast bar offers two more dining spaces. This level also features a half bathroom, the main bedroom with access to the patio, and an en-suite full bath with a washer/dryer, walk-in shower, double vanity, and jetted tub.

Upstairs, you'll first come across a lounge area also known as 'game place'. This features an Xbox 360, a comfortable sofa, and plenty of controllers. Two bedrooms, each one with a flatscreen TV with cable, share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, if you book this retreat, you and your friends will be granted access to shared swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, and tennis and basketball courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
