„The house was clean and in good condition. I've stayed in many of these Eagle Crest cabins, and this one has the best view of them. However, I will not rent a property managed by Vacasa again. Over a month before my stay, I requested to add a day to my booking. It took two tries to get a response, then the response was nonsensical, but they did say they would add the day. They did not. Through several more attempts, things got worse. I finally got the day added, but it was incredibly ...

„we arrived at the property to find another family already there. The owner had double booked, she did offer us another property but it was 1.5 hours away from the slopes! She refunded us but we then had to find a hotel. Very disappointing & not the trip we had planned. She has since removed the property from VRBO I believe. I am disappointed that VRBO did not monitor the booking process more carefully.“
