This home is perfect for entertaining and family meals.Spacious kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, and patio overlooking the pool. The home is well stocked with towels, extra bedding, and soaps. The primary bedroom bathroom / shower is one of the best features. We only used the hot tub, here in December, it was clean and well heated. Although this home offers a lot of space, the furniture & beds were not that comfortable. I think each room needs a mattress update. I would recommend this location for a summer stay and plenty of room for kids. We enjoyed the Redding area.

Great location for family reunion

Overall, we had an outstanding experience. The house was perfect for a large family reunion of all ages. There were only minor issues that we were able to resolve like no additional toilet paper supplied, BBQ grill had been used and not cleaned (used charcoal not removed), hot tub controls were not completely functional. It appears that the previous guests left so much trash that trash collectors didn't take it. But we had a great time and would come back again!

Gut: Check-in und Lage
Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
This house was advertised as a luxury property. The pool was dirty, the lounge chairs were all ripped up, the patio chairs were broken there were water ripples all over the floor, there is a big water stain on the ceiling underneath the bathtub from the second floor that look like it might fall in. The second floor decks were very rickety and warped and weathered and the railings and stairs going down from the deck were very unsafe and wobbly. I reached out to the owner and sent photos of all the issues and he only addressed the pool which thankfully he had someone come out the next day and clean it but we weren't able to use it the first 24 hours at the house. No other issues were addressed.
