„We used this cozy home as our base to explore the area. Visited Burney Falls and Lassen National Park as well as Redding and Red Bluff. Very much enjoyed this home. Beds were comfortable and the home was well supplied. We would like to visit again.“

„My stay was great! The area was quiet and the cottage was stocked with anything I could need. The fenced in yard was an amazing perk for my dog to stretch her legs after our drive. The cottage was clean and the bed was comfortable. “

„This is a very lovely apartment with peek-a-boo views of the river. My pup and I had a wonderful stay. Bed was comfy and place was very clean. Wonderful screened in porch for morning coffee. The main home and other cottage was rented by a party that let us know we were not welcome to enjoy the back yard and riverside space, so we stayed away and enjoyed the river view from the living room window. Hopefully the next guests get to enjoy the river and the dock. I would def stay here again!“

„Were unable to get inside upon first arriving, messaged host and they replied shortly. Locked ourselves out later in the stay and once again they replied promptly. The property and interior were wonderful with a great view and working amenities. Thank you hannah and Rob!“

„More than I ever would have expected. Beautiful setting. Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Walk right out the front door into beautiful wooded areas and nearby stream and waterfall. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I hope to return someday soon. “

„We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter ...

"Die Fenster waren nicht dicht. Es war sehr laut. Die Handtücher etwas angegraut und schmutzig. Beim Versuch deine warme Dusche zu nehmen hatte man die Duscharmatur in der Hand und mußte kalt duschen. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt und die Duscharmatur vorgelegt. Dies fand die Dame lustig. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Beim Frühstück, das auch kein Highlight war, war jeder Toast einzeln in zwei Folien eingepackt !!! Ein Hinweis, daß das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer ist, wäre hilfreich. Das war auf den Bildern für uns nicht zu erkennen. Insgesamt war es zu teuer. "
