„Cosy home with lots of outdoor space. Our family had a great time. One thing to consider is that the up stairs bedroom has a door that separates the two twin beds from the queen. This was a nice surprise to see when we arrived. The owners were very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time.“

„We loved our stay so much! Perfect location on the springs. We will be booking again! Loved how quiet the property was and all the trees in the back. „We had a lovely stay at somewhere over the rainbow Our accommodations were lovely and just as advertised. The proximity to KP Hole for kayak rentals and rainbow springs for tubing were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this location, it is a wonderful place for multifamily get togethers and exploring Rainbow Springs.“

„Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.“

„Wonderfully private cabin with everything you need, and then some. Very clean home, comfortable bed. There’s a large loft with two more beds, but we only used the downstairs. We didn’t have time to use all of the amenities that came with this cabin, but really enjoyed the community park with water access! Groceries, gas, and KPHole is just down the road, and Rainbow Springs is a very short drive. We even went into Homasassa Springs and found a wild animal (think sanctuary for eagles!, red ...

„We needed a calm and quick getaway from the city. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. Having other bungalows nearby made us feel safe. Have the springs literally 10 minutes away was perfect. The owners provided us with 5 bucks for the park entrance too in a thank you card. Lovely time. “

„We stayed in the cottage while attending a UF graduation. It was a pleasure staying away from the congestion of G'ville. Instead, we enjoyed a beautiful drive via 441 right into town, about 15 minutes away. The mattresses were pretty soft - a 2 night max for me, thus the 4 stars. But the cottage was comfortable, we loved sitting on the front porch, enjoying the breeze & the scent of jasmine. The location didn't lend itself to taking walks, but there are nearby options for that.“
