„Feueralarm ging während der Nacht drei mal los (false alarm aufgrund technischem Defekt) sehr sehr ärgerlich!! Ansonsten top!“

„Gute location“

„I stayed at Matiz several times but will not return after the latest experience. Starting with unfriendly staff at the reception and breakfast that was so unmotivated and unfriendly that I started to believe something must really go wrong in that place. They gave the impression as they would really hate their job, so we didn't dare to ask for anything as they would anyway not do it.

„Only 1 Lift working by almost full house. It is a shame as the waiting time to be transported to the floors were over 5 minutes.“

„Good food and extremely clean“

„Renovierungsbedarf bes.des Bades. Sehr gutes Frühstück“

„This is a very good spot to stay. The host is good overall, no major issues and the staff at the property are very nice. The property uses facial recognition/biometrics for building access. I am not a fan of this but if you don’t mind it, it did work fairly well. The area is great and close to shopping and food. Room was very clean.“
