„This is a great location for anyone that wants to be close to Waxahachie or surrounding areas. Upon arrival my door code did not work and there were packages on the front porch. The property management was responsive but asked me to bring in the packages for them. Upon arrival the outside of the home looked different from the photos online. It appears to be a newer build in the photos but it is actually an older home that has been updated. Also the outdoor trash cans were almost completely full ...

„Terrible experience. I Would never recommend a place like this to anyone. I felt unsafe and people were so loud at night, I had to come out and ask them to keep it quiet, very unprofessional,. they were people outside, talking very loud and drinking past 10pm. Beware bedroom doors don’t lock from inside and sheets and towels are dirty, they smelled like mildew and saliva. The bed had either crumbs or dirt particles.“
