Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. „This is a pleasant, clean condo at a golf course resort complex. We stayed in January so it was reasonably priced for our quick visit. I guess this is a good place if you like the amenities the complex offers, but it does not feel like Cape Cod. Otherwise, the place was clean, well equipped, comfortable. “

„The condo was just perfect. Check-in very easy as we arrived late. Condo was clean with all the kitchen things we needed. We ate breakfast every morning before we left for our day. Beach front a few yards from back door which is just what we wanted. You can even hear the waves from living room and bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again. “

Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. „This was the perfect location for us. It was mid cape and very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We spent one day visiting the National Seacoast, one day in Sandwich, one day in Martha’s Vineyard and one day in Nantucket so location was important. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Would highly recommend “
