Brand new townhouse in Red Deer

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Brand new home built in 2023 with 2 bedrooms and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite on the top floor with a full bathroom . You will also find a Bright and Fully developed basement with foos ball table , air hockey table . Full bathroom and a Washer and dryer available in the basement . On the main floor you will find an inviting living room and bright kitchen . Dining room table and a half bathroom. There is also an outdoor patio, Guest must provide picture ID before check in, No shoes allowed in the house. At check out guests must clean the dishes and make sure all windows are closed and back door locked , please it will be appreciated if you gather all bed sheets and used Towels and put them in the Lundry basket , if booking monthly stays , there would be walk through house inspection with 24hr notice given to guests .No additional supplies will be provided for monthly renters (coffee, sugar toilet paper, etc) . Government issued ID must be provided for additional adults staying on the property if renting monthly, late check outs will be charged $100/hr or contact the host by message , if there will be any valid reason of delay for me to approve a later check out time, no extra guests allowed to stay overnight in the house more then the numbers of guests submitted at the time of the booking, Extra charge of $35 a night for every extra guest staying in the property.
