Hotels nahe Rawaea Almaktabat Park (Al-Zahra)

"The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a bit weird. I had warm water for 30 seconds and then had to wait another 30 seconds to a minute to get another 30 seconds of warm water. Also the shower is not very sealed, so my bathroom was under water after every shower. This might be by design since there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom. Communication was a bit challenging because not every staff member spoke English. Breakfast is from 6-10 and since I don't want to wake up early in my vacation, I was quite late to the buffet. On the first day the buffet was still there at around 9 but on later days I had to order via phone to my room. Ordering on the phone and talking with someone who barely speaks English is even more challenging than doing it in person, so I had to wait for over an hour for breakfast on some days because the guy on the phone said something in Arabic and hung up the phone. All staff members were super nice and helpful though and I felt welcome. Google translate helped a lot. The rooms are not very soundproof, so I would recommend everyone to bring earplugs. The area around the hotel was great with lots of restaurants. Even though the hotel has some flaws, I would go there again and recommend it. "
