„The hotel was impeccable! Super courteous staff, private open air hot spring bath. Food was outstanding! Highly recommend“

„The general staff were helpful and friendly. The room, I stayed for the second time in a period of two months and no upgrades were made. I intend to come again next month November 2026 and I will definitely see how good this Hotel is. ( the restaurant is pricey but good. The room small but the beds are excellent comfortable.“

„etwas abgelegen, dafuer ruhig, in einer noch eher natuerlichen Landschaft, eigener Wagen empfehlenswert, onsen water wirked,“

„Awesome rooms, friendly staff :)“

„Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and ourdoor onsen - very relaxing, and not too busy. The absolute highlight were the traditional dinner and breakfast - the setting, selection, and ...

„We couldn't contact the front desk from our room. Safety issues. “
