INDOORS - Main House

The large and spacious living area is completed by large windows and open space allowing for gorgeous views of the pool and San Jacinto Mountains. The flow and layout of the living area is ideal for a group of friends or family. The seating room and fireplace allow ample space to relax, enjoy a cocktail or read a book while you cozy up next to the fireplace. Kitchen centrally located delivers amazing views, countertop seating space, a walk-in pantry, new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for all meal prep needs. Dining table seats ten guests comfortably and the indoor breakfast table seats six. Located off the kitchen, the step down bar connects to the outdoor pool area and features bar seating for four. The TV room features a 75in. SmartTV with cable service. Located off the seating area is a work desk area with natural light.



INDOORS - Guest House

The guest house is located on the northeast corner of the property. The living room features a kitchenette, ample seating and a 60in. SmartTV. The Guest House Bedroom features access to the patio and a king bed. The ensuite bath features a walk in shower, single sink vanity and a large walk in closet.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The cozy design and calm colors, deliver a tranquil main bedroom with king bed, 60in. SmartTV, fireplace and stackable sliders with access to the pool and spa area. The ensuite bath features two large walk-in closets, bathroom vanity with dual sinks and a spacious walk in shower. The jet tub is only for soaking, with no jets operational. The Guest bedrooms are located on the north side of the property. Two guest rooms feature king beds, one guest room features queen bed, all bedrooms provide, nightstands, ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and closets. Two guest bedrooms feature 55in. SmartTV's and access to the shared back patios. The guest house features a king bed with a patio patio area.



OUTDOORS

This home is ideal for spending time outdoors. The pool and spa are located in front courtyard, allowing for views of the mountains while maintaining privacy behind the gorgeous landscaping. The outdoor dining table for six is conveniently located with indoor/outdoor access, a fireplace for the cooler nights and a 50in. SmartTV. For those who like to BBQ, a six burner natural gas BBQ island is ready for you! Located on the north side of the home are three separate seating areas with sectionals seating. Outdoor seating feature space heater for the cooler nights. Patio area off the dining room features an outdoor fireplace and ample seating on the cooler nights.

The Cypress Hill Estates located in Rancho Mirage Tamarisk neighborhood is featured as a walking tour during Modernism Week, featuring many significant, historic homes designed by famed desert modernist architects. Located close to popular hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, golf, and tennis, the house is an easy 10-minute drive to El Paseo, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, and much more! Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport are easily accessible, approximately 7 miles away.



RULES

The property is a 30-night minimum rental. The minimum age for this property is 30 years. No smoking, No parties. Additional rental terms and Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
