Close to pretty much everything (quick drive to grocery.) Lots of nice little restaurants and shops walking distance or short drive. Del Mar beach is just a few blocks walk south and Solana Beach a few blocks north. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely come back.“

„Die Wohnung liegt in einem etwas älteren Resort. Das Appartement ist das Nächste zur Strasse, es ist aber ruhig. Das Resort wird gepflegt, der Zustand der Appartements ist sehr unterschiedlich. Die Wohnung ist im oberen Stock schön, auch das Elternschlafzimmer ist gross und renoviert. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein und nicht renoviert. Die Bäder und die Küche sind ok, aber nicht renoviert. „Just wrapped up 2 weeks at the Beach Haus condo. Bright, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood across the street from beach. Great communication esp during a glitch which was fixed quickly by responsive management. Would just make a couple of minor recommendations-removing gym access as there was no work out room on site- just opportunity to go to a gym/yoga etc within driving distance, maybe put a stick vac in closet for those staying more than a few days to be able to tidy up from dogs/sand etc. ...

The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean.
