The Space:
🛡 DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit or $21/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $195 per stay). This waiver was previously $29/night, but we’ve temporarily reduced it as part of a limited-time promotion.
🐶 PET FEES
✔ We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs. Any pets over the weight limit or more than 2 pets must be approved by management prior to booking
✔ $49 per pet for 1–6 nights is charged through the booking platform
✔ Additional fees apply for longer stays and are collected separately:
- 7–13 nights: +$25 (1 pet), +$49 (2 pets)
- 14–27 nights: +$49 (1 pet), +$95 (2 pets)
- 28+ nights: +$149 (1 pet), +$295 (2 pets)
✔ Undisclosed pets may result in a $250+ fee or cancellation

🪪 AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
✔ Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
✔ All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs
⚠ Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

We provide essential amenities, but please note that resupplies are not provided for consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper.

Guests are expected to purchase or bring anything else they may need.

📦 PACKAGE/MAIL DELIVERY POLICY
We DO NOT allow packages or mail to be delivered directly to the unit. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, or alternative pickup location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
🧳 LUGGAGE STORAGE
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests are responsible for arranging their own storage solutions if needed.
🛠️ DAMAGES
✔ The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and any damages will be taken out of the security deposit (if applicable)
✔ Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their private unit, including all listed amenities inside the apartment. However, CERTAIN community features such as the gym, pool, and other shared facilities are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. Please refer to the amenities list for an updated list of all amenities.
Shared Amenities: We are not responsible for random maintenance or closures of amenities, as they are managed by the apartment complex and shared among all residents!
