Our vehicle was broken into while parked directly at the main entrance of the hotel. We later learned that approximately sixteen other vehicles were also targeted that same night.
The fact that this occurred in such a visible and highly trafficked area of the property is extremely alarming. We thought that the main entrance of the hotel would be one of the most secure and monitored locations on the premises. For such a large number of vehicles to be affected raises significant concerns about the adequacy of security measures in place.
Equally troubling was the response we received from the front desk. When the matter was brought to their attention, we were informed that no foul play had been noticed. This response felt dismissive and did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. An incident impacting this many guests should have prompted immediate concern, proactive communication, and a supportive response from staff.
This experience has left us feeling unsafe and unsupported. Safety and security are fundamental expectations when staying at any hotel, and unfortunately, this situation did not reflect those standards. Additionally, the lack of assistance and acknowledgment from hotel employee has further compounded our frustration.
