Views from room are great, staff are friendly especially the restaurant staff. We booked 2 x luxury rooms but they could only find one booking, after showing our confirmation the receptionist agreed to put us in 2 rooms but not the ones we booked as supposedly they only have 1 of those rooms, but online h the inventory was for 2 rooms, seems like an issue with rooms inventory management or overbooking in place by hotel creating hassle and no obvious procedures to mitigate them. After 1 hour of checking in, we were advised they found our second booking and we need to pay $400 extra, when advised to provide us the rooms we had booked, were advised they are unable to do so. We were asked to move to another 2 rooms next door, which was not the ideal situation when you have kids and unpacked. Will not fault the receptionist as she was taking instructions from manager, who was not onsite. There were cockroaches in the room and balcony. The redeeming part was the staff at restaurant who were really friendly.
