Discover paradise on the beachfront in this stunning modern architectural gem, one of the few true beachfront properties in Raglan. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, and simply stroll across the lawn to the beautiful expanse of Wainamu Beach, with picturesque walks to Raglan township at low tide or to Ngarunui and the surf.

Inside, the open-plan living space has a large living room with a gas fire, central heating throughout and a dining area that seats your whole group. The stone-benchtop kitchen has a large fridge, oven, island and a butler`s pantry with a second sink. The master has a super king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower; the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third has a queen and a single, so the home sleeps up to 7. These two share a second bathroom with a shower. There is a separate laundry room.

Outside, the large wraparound deck has a comfortable sofa, a huge outdoor dining table, a BBQ, an outdoor shower and your own private spa pool. Please note the outdoor fireplace is currently out of order. Swimming is not recommended directly in front of the property due to strong currents, and beach access is unfenced, so children must be supervised.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder and gas for the BBQ. You will have the entire house and outdoor areas. Cox Bay (8-minute walk) and Lorenzen Bay (10-minute walk) suit swimming and kayaking, surfers love Manu Bay, and Ngarunui Beach suits families. Mt Karioi and Te Toto Gorge tracks, golf, mini putt and a sunset harbour cruise are nearby.

- No pets
- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
