    This home is unique in its offering with great flexibility for varying group sizes. Consisting of four bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom.

    Committed to delivering the best possible experience, we have pulled out all the stops for your comfort and enjoyment. High-quality mattresses ensure you get the perfect night’s sleep, while beautiful bed linens and towels add a touch of luxury.

    For a cosy stay there is a heat pump downstairs, and an electric fireplace in the upstairs living area for wonderful ambiance on those cool winter nights.

    Best of all are the covered, sheltered decks both upstairs and downstairs, allowing you to enjoy the stunning scenery regardless of the weather.

    Stylishly furnished, this sensational home has been set up to meet a variety of requirements. Those wanting peace and solitude will love the private location, fully equipped kitchen, and wonderful surroundings.     Upstairs the master bedroom features a king size bed complete with superior quality mattress, walk-in wardrobe & spacious ensuite bathroom. You can relax and soak up the beautiful views of Mt Karioi and Kaitoke Bay.

    Bedroom 2 upstairs: Offering a stunning vista of sea and mountain, this high-quality queen-sized bedroom also has its own ensuite.

    Downstairs you will find Bedroom 3 which is spacious and tastefully furnished in relaxing, neutral colours. The king-sized bed features a top-quality mattress and wonderfully soft bed linens. The perfect night’s sleep awaits as you drift off to amazing water and mountain views.

    Bedroom 4 is also located downstairs and boasts the 4th luxurious ensuite. And for families travelling with children, this bedroom is set up with 2 single beds. Stunning views of the mountain and inner harbour dominate this beautifully decorated room.

    You will also find a second living space downstairs and kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities. This living space opens up to a covered deck where you can enjoy the garden.

    Point Street is Raglan’s hidden gem.

    Quiet and peaceful yet only a 10-minute stroll to all that Raglan has to offer. Take your pick of the excellent cafes, restaurants, art galleries, boutique shops and specialist markets. Also within easy reach are playgrounds, domain swimming and the skate park. A not-to-miss is definitely the sunset harbour cruise from Raglan Wharf.

    The house is just a five-minute walk from Raglan’s creative hub, the Old School Arts Centre. Here you can enjoy a movie, art exhibitions, music and specialist craft markets.

    Best of all are the stunning views that await you. Point Street’s elevated location offers a breath-taking and ever-changing outlook to Kaitoki Bay and Karioi Mountain.

    Raglan may be world-famous for its surf beaches; however, if you enjoy native bushwalks, there are plenty of local options. The Kaitoke Walkway is just 50m from the house. And other choices include tracks to the spectacular Waireinga Falls and Te Toto Gorge.

    And if you want a change from all the surf and sand, why not try kite surfing, kayaking, golf or mini putt and, of course, fantastic fishing.

    Raglan’s often called the biggest little town in New Zealand. Come and explore, and you will definitely be back for more!

    This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day.

    Please note there is a RING motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage can be reviewed.

    All sports equipment needs to be stored outside the property.

    All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.

    Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.

    For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

    All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

    Any personal belongings left behind have a minimum $20 return fee + courier bag/packaging cost (regardless of size). This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administration for payment.

    Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.

    Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).

    Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.
