„The place is nice, but it's really all about location. We were able to use this as a base of operation to explore all of Old Town easily. It's really about .5 mile or less from most stuff you might want to do. The Hemingway house is just a short walk down the street away. Get tired or want to drop off something? Just pop back in, no trouble. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Key West! “

„Es gab auf der Anlage 6 Ferienhäuser, wobei man bei der Buchung nicht auswählen konnte. Wir bekamen das Appartment Nr. 6, welches direkt an der Hauptstraße der Insel gelegen war und die minderwertigste Ausstattung von allen hatte. So hatten wir z. B. keine Veranda zum Draußensitzen. Das Appartement ist insgesamt OK, aber in die Jahre gekommen und war auch nicht sehr sauber, vor allem der Küchenboden. Beim Einchecken fehlte der Schlüssel. Auf Nachfrage stellte sich heraus, dass die Vorgänger ...

„Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster zum öffnen, dafür der Pool gleich am Haus. Wir hatten ihn für uns alleine. Etwas abgelegen, dafür ruhig und erholsam. Gerne wieder…“
