Well supplied. No AC so bring fans, upstairs gets pretty warm in the summer heat. There are ceiling fans, but you will need floor fans as well. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.“

„Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it.“

„It was such a beautiful place. We were visiting family that we hadn't seen in a long time. The rental was less than a mile away so going back and forth was very easy. The view are absolutely breathtaking. Very nice accommodations and we'd definitely stay there again. The host was amazing at staying in touch and answering any questions we had.“

John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. „This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that. “

„The place is a really good property it was nice and clean but unfortunately I have allergies and the cleaner they use left a smell that gave me a slight headache and I was congested and my two partners said they were kind of congested too and they're not major allergy suffers like me so the cleaner maybe a little strong I don't know if that's what it was or not that's just my experience but other than that everything was great clean well maintained good location“

They have updated the internet to super fast satellite service for those that want to go online or stream a movie. Fishing was incredible with 28 catch and release trout in 3 days for two people.
