„We loved the Marcela Resort. It was a 2-bedroom / 2-bath unit, and very large - at least by US standards. From the wrap-around deck, it had an amazing view of the pool, down the mountain, and out to the ocean. It had a full kitchen, separate jacuzzi, and in-unit laundry. The price was still very reasonable. The whole property was well-kept and nicely decorated. „We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our stay but the airconditioned rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and they were not short staffed like many other places. The pool bar makes the best Pina Colada's in PV in my opinion.“

„Came here with a group of 9 friends. The suites and the view from the suites were absolutely incredible - much better than the pictures seem. The resort is very beautiful and they have an on-site restaurant with a great menu. Staff were all very friendly and responsive to any requests. The one thing guests should be prepared for is to climb a lot of stairs (they have an elevator, but in most instances, you have to climb steps to access it and it didn’t always work). „The 5th floor of the Marcela was exactly as pictured. The suits were clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We at breakfast in the hotel and had room service one evening and enjoyed the food and the wait staff. We spent afternoons at the pool. The only issue we had was the staff wasn’t interested in offering us drinks. We found it easier to bring our own down then try to get them from the bar. In all it was a hotel we will visit again!“

„We had a great stay at Marcela! The condo was spacious and comfortable, and the pools were amazing. The location was a bit out of town, but it was easy to walk downhill into town and Uber back.“

"Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."
