The town was born in 1939 by a USA banana company who built in Quepos one of the nicest water front towns in Costa Rica and today is well known worldwide as a tourist destination due to an abundant flora and fauna, most visited National park in Costa Rica, world class surfing and sport fishing among others.

There is also parking, restrooms, changing rooms, and showers available for our guests’ convenience. The beach is a short drive from the apartment and transportation is included if needed.

One bedroom apartment features one bedroom with two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It has hot water, full equipped kitchen, linens and towels, high speed internet, on site concierge service for all your needs before and while staying in the area, maid service daily.

We can provide surf lessons and can accommodate a wide range of experience, including children and families, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Paddle boards can also be rented.
