"Da wir Freunde in der Washington DC Area besucht haben, haben wir ein Hotel gesucht, welches einerseits am Meer liegt und andererseits in der Nähe zu Washington DC. Das Candelwood Suites Hotel in Annapolis können wir dafür nur ABSOLUT empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig (Bundesstraße 50, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und absolut sehenswerten Altstadt von Annapolis sind in der Nähe) aber ruhig. Es wurde Anfang 2026 komplett neu renoviert und ist daher tip top. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig (hatten eines mit 2 tollen Queensize-Betten) und die darin integrierte Küche enthält alles was man benötigt (großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Kochplatte, Pfannen und Töpfe, Besteck und Teller, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Kaffee-Maschine). Aber das absolute PLUS ist die GRATIS Guest-Laundry (Waschmaschine und Trockner). Sollte man kein Waschmittel mithaben, kann man direkt eines im Hotel kaufen. Wir können die Candelwood Suites Hotels generell empfehlen - haben davor in Princeton in einem übernachtet und dies war genauso toll! Kommen gerne wieder!"
