The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels close to the town centre. The living areas look out to elevated views over Queenstown from the living area and balcony.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ensuite with standing shower; main bathroom with standing shower and separate bath.

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, underfloor heating and Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop with six burners, built-in oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle.

External: Balcony off of the living area with a small table and chair set.

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds



Bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

You are free to park outside the apartment or park inside the garage (height restrictions apply). The remote is inside the lockbox.

Please note that the garage is a floor lower than the unit itself, and the garage does not connect to the unit.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: The property has internal stairs only. There are 15 internal stairs from the entry level up to the main living, dining, and kitchen area. No lift is available.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.



Got a late flight out or an early arrival? Drop your bags with us free of charge — after check-out if you're not leaving until later, or before check-in if you've landed early — and go explore hands-free.



Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
