The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. Please note there is no view from the studio.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with Smart TV and kitchenette

Bathrooms: One ensuite bathrooms with a standing shower.

Kitchenette: Not a full kitchen. Equipped with bar-fridge, 4-slice toaster, kettle and, microwave.

Please be aware this studio is attached to the larger 3 bedroom home.

This is a self-contained space attached to the main house but fully private with your own entrance.

Parking is available on the right as you enter driveway.

Located just 1.5km from Queenstown’s town centre, this studio offers the best of both worlds—peace and privacy, while still being close to the action.

Enjoy easy access to local cafes, walking trails, and the stunning lakefront.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: N/A

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250 Litres - shared with the main house) with a set amount, so we recommend spacing out longer showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
