The open plan living area opens onto a sunny courtyard complete with outdoor dining, a pizza oven and BBQ area. Floor to ceiling bi-fold doors allow you to make the most of the stunning views from every room. Two living areas, with a gas fires in each, make sure you stay warm in the cooler months. There also a powder room, laundry and double garage on this level with internal access.

The downstairs level comprises of a master bedroom and ensuite and an additional two bedrooms and shared bathroom. All of the bedrooms open onto a private courtyard.

Relax and unwind with views of snow covered mountains in winter or in the summer months enjoy the outdoor area and surrounding biking and walking tracks.

Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised.

Matau Crest is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with walking tracks close by, we can suggest the Fernhill Loop Track .

Matau Crest is just a 5 minute drive into Central Queenstown and very close to surrounding activities.
Walking into Queenstown from Matau Place is scenic walk and would take 25 - 35 minutes.
Public transport is close by with a public bus top on Lordens Place, Fernhill.
