Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, cooktop, oven, extractor fan and, microwave.

Balcony: Outdoor balcony.

The Neighbourhood

La Residence Du Lac sits in a peaceful lakeside spot just above the Queenstown cycle and walking trail, with direct access to the lakeside path into Queenstown Gardens and the CBD. The Sherwood Hotel's restaurant and bar are just across the road.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No internal apartment stairs; two flights of external stairs required for access

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (180L) with a set amount, so remember to space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
