Located in a peaceful hillside neighbourhood, just a 15-minute scenic walk to town, this stylish studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or remote workers seeking comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views.



The Space

A studio apartment on a single level (external stairs) with a balcony attached to look out to beautiful views over the lake.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with beautiful view over the lake.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a walk in shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, dining.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stovetop, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster.

Balcony: This property has a balcony that overlooks the lake with seating for two.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — studio living space, bathroom and balcony.

The house is located within walking distance to Queenstown CBD. Just a 15-minute walk to cafes, restaurants, shops & the waterfront.

Quick access to walking trails, ski fields, and adventure activities and a short drive to Queenstown Airport.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: There are 19 steps on the outside of the house from the driveway to the entrance

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Location: The property sits on a hill

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
