"Our stay at this hotel was truly a disappointment. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority — there were stains on the furniture and floors, and finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom was simply disgusting. The windows were poorly sealed, allowing freezing cold air to rush in, and the AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the nearby streets made us feel like we were sleeping outside. The worst part was that the constant drafts made my children sick, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing night into a stressful and worrying experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly upsetting."

"The hotel is clean and ok. Rooms are small, but acceptable to manage the suit cases. Only real downside is the surrounding - no nice area, but it is save. "

"Das Hotel ist herausragend. An die Gegend muss man sich als mitteleuropäer gewöhnen, aber dann geht es. 10 Min bis zur Metro 7."

"Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Auf dem Flur war es sehr laut und man hat alles gehört. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt. Auf die Nachfrage nach Klopapier wurde angeblich der Hausmeister beauftragt dieses zu bringen, erschienen ist jedoch niemand. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht."

"The rooms are fine (reasonable size, comfortable beds) and the location close to downtown. Have stayed there before and would definitely go there for third or fourth time. The connection in particular to midtown is awesome whereas the surrounding is not the best - whereas we didn’t feel unsafe. Breakfast variety is acceptable but for us definitely sufficient - just why don’t you get a real wafflemaker instead of the waffles you have to toast? Also like the gym. It only has a couple of items but as long it’s well maintained and there is a working bike, treadmill and some weights I’m happy."
