No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If you plan on exploring all the community has to offer, I recommend renting a golf cart from the Wyndham Resort which is a short walk from this villa.
