„Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! “

„This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot!“

„Gorgeous property and awesome little cabin! The pictures looked so good I was nervous we would show up and the hot tub would be broke and weeds would be grown over - but it literally looks just like the pics and the hot tub worked!Everything was clean and when we walked in they even had spa music playing and a chocolate on the nightstand.Would highly recommend!“

„As I mentioned in the guest book this location is perfect if you have a hiking trip planned in the area.The house is placed perfectly to hit Rock Island State Park as well as Falls Creek Falls State Park.The amenities were great- kitchen was great and had all we needed, shower pressure was great, added bonus the TV had a Roku for evening entertainment. If I had to nitpick something, the beds were more firm than I like but I'd 10000% stay here again. Likely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever ...

„The host was very responsive and very sweet. We spent the week there during Christmas and enjoyed every minute. We found ourselves sitting on the patio looking out to the lake for 90% of the time (the pic they have posted is EXACTLY what it looks like in person). So peaceful! Loved that they provided a heating lamp on the porch so we could stay out there when it was chilly. The home is very nice, clean, and homie. I didnt even know there was going to be a hot tub, so that was a nice surprise. ...

„Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure.“

We enjoyed the secluded location - there is another house right next to the cabin, but they were super quiet, respectful, and kind. We would book this cabin again! “
