„Nicely appointed basement suite. Entry was a little confusing at first but there are directions, and once you get it it's convenient. „The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. „We were in town for our son’s fencing tournament at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. The property is only 20 minutes away from pretty much anywhere in town. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, and the house is clean and spacious, with an abundance of helpful information from the owner. Highly recommend if staying in the area! “

„We had a great time being able to visit family who live in the area. The cabin was 20 minutes from my brother and his family and 20 minutes to my nephews house.
