„We had a wonderful girls trip at the Slow Go. It was a little tricky to find, as the entrance isn’t immediately visible especially in the dark but once we got familiar with the surroundings it was no problem! The property was lovely, great fire pit, well-stocked and comfy cabin. Being close to the highway meant it got a bit noisy at times but not bad at all. The host was wonderful to communicate with when we had to troubleshoot a situation with the lock and fixed it right away. Would recommend ...

„At first we were a little surprised, but it turned out to be what we needed. Quiet, clean, and the sheets smelled like old fashioned hang dried which was amazing. Wifi was a little weak but we didn’t need it to work, it was nice to unplug for a few days. The recommended Italian restaurant cuckoo in coomes was spectacular was like we were in Italy. „This is a fully equipped cozy cabin deep in the woods but still close to the road. The owner took us up to it and was very cordial. It is perfect for a couples getaway in the Parksville/Qualicum area. RIght up the road from the local market and across from the rodeo grounds. We stayed here because it is centrally located for exploring Vancouver Island and a 2 hour drive to Pacific Rim. If you like privacy you can't ask for more. “

„The house is clean and the pictures give a true represenation of the situation. Although a washing machine/dryer is mentionend in the description there is a extra charge of 10$ for it. Cameron Lake and Mac Millan Prov. Park are indeed only a few kilometres away (maybe if you walk), but the house is in a gated community and you need in fact 35 km to Cameron lake by car. We did enjoy the stay and recommend the house, but there is something to do around the basics. BTW: If the tenant lives nearby ...

„It was a beautiful home to stay in with such an amazing view. I just think that with the the heavy cleaning fee attached here would be no need to do dishes, or empty dishwasher’s or strip your bedding. Otherwise Alex helps, she is very concerned about her guests. We really enjoyed the short and long conversations with Alex. The location is fantastic and is completely in nature. „Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Waren zu zweit und hatten ein appartement. Es war alles super sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, auch eine Grundausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee usw. Das Bett war bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
