„Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit einer Küchenecke. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Sachen zu bemängeln: als ich einchecken wollte, musste ich ca. 10 min warten, da niemand in der Rezeption war. Ich konnte auch nicht rein ins Hotel, nur erst, wenn einige Gäste rauskamen. Beim Frühstück gibt es sehr wenig Gemüse und Obstsalat war auch an einem Tag aus.“

„Easy, friendly check-in and nice room. Fab bathroom. Great to have an 'on-the-go' breakfast available in the morning (yoghurt, fruit & porridge pot). Bit of a walk from New Street station but I enjoy walking so fine for me. Pleasant walk into the town (20 - 30 mins) The only down side for me was the noise from the Button Factory next door which I thought may be quieter on a Monday night. „Need to change the room 3 times: the AC is too high and very intensive ! The room was ice cold .. I claim to reception and the answer we cannot change it is central.. the second room, around midnight became suddenly too noisy.. the third room was a room for people with special needs .. no comments “
