Chalet L'Abitiz - Drei Schlafzimmer Haus, Schläft 10

Come and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature in this superb new chalet, situated in Puyvalador, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, right in the heart of Capcir.
The chalet, which can accommodate up to 10 people, comprises a large living area with a seating area around the wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. There is a lovely terrace and a large garden opening out onto the countryside. Outdoor parking is available. Bed linen and towels included. Ideal for a relaxing break in both summer and winter!

On the ground floor:
- Hallway with storage space for sledge or skis
- Living room of approximately 30 m² featuring:
Seating area with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove. Firewood is provided.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee/cappuccino machine, raclette and fondue sets… The chalet does not have a dishwasher.

Accessible via a wooden staircase, you’ll find two large bedrooms measuring 22 and 27 m².

- Bedroom 3: double bed (160 x 200 cm), sofa that converts into a double bed.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail

Outside:
- Covered terrace of approximately 10 m², facing east, with barbecue and garden furniture, from where you can enjoy a superb view of the lake and the mountains.
- Unfenced garden, opening out onto the surrounding countryside
- Outdoor parking in front of the chalet

The chalet is situated in an extremely quiet housing estate.
There are numerous farms nearby, offering the chance to buy produce directly from the farmers.
- Formiguères, 4 km away: bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, newsagent’s, bike hire, ski hire, restaurants, bar, tourist office.
- Les Angles, 10 km away: shops, Angleo Spa, Lake Matemale, Les Angles en Capcir Wildlife Park…
