„Design Lovers will love this hotel. It‘s very stylish. Close to the train station. Clean. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Bit pricy for the reduced staff on duty. But in total: very, very nice.“

Preise in der Bar i.O. Ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet!!“

„Sehr sauber und in Schuss Personal super freundlich Frühstück mhhhhh...“

„The hotel is very well situated. It has a nice outdoor pool area. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We had free soft-drinks at the minibar. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was quite good. We even got discount coupons to spend in at the restaurant or the bar of the hotel. We will choose this hotel again if we visit lugano.“

„For a 5 star hotel we found a few things lacking. Shower head in the bathroom was cheap and didn’t work properly. Bathroom fan didn’t work properly and room not cleaned when we can back in the afternoon. Breakfast good but no fresh fruit juice. Staff helpful and location is beautiful. Hotel restaurant very good“

„Okay“

„Zentrale Lage; Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel; zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal; großzügige, modern eingerichtete Zimmer“
