The next day the floor was cleaned again. The beds weren't very comfortable. The accommodation is perfect due to the location and size, but we cannot recommend it due to the cleanliness.“

„This was a wonderful haven for us to make great memories as a family! It rained a lot while we were there, and we were not concerned at all because the home is built on stilts. It is the perfect location to arrange of fine attractions,! the local college and Temple.Were a couple issues with the hot water heater and the dryer, attention came fast and we were comfortable with the other parts of the accommodations.Overall, we would highly recommend that you consider staying here!“

Concerning the missing AC, if you open both sided windows you get a quite good breath. The only downside was the bed, which was bit of old und the mattress had its best days gone. „Leider war die Bettwäsche und Handtücher verschmutzt und die Ansprechpartnerin nicht telefonisch zu erreichen. Beides ist ein No Go. Die Nachbarin hat dann gewaschen. Geschirr und Besteck waren unzureichend und der Küchenbereich der Wohnung nicht gut geputzt. Im Gelände wurden Hunde und Hühner (was Lärm verursachte) unter nicht zumutbaren Bedingungen gehalten. Der Gast wird in einem Geheft über die Hausordnung informiert. Hier sollte man die Drohungen/Strafankündigung bei Nichteinhaltung ...

„We had a great week at the North of Oahu, staying at this lovely property near La‘ie. Everything was as expected, the house is in a calm, natuaral area and everything was as described. We especially loved the free snorkeling / beach gear we could use! After an issue with the hot water occured, Jansen, the host, did everything she could to fix this asap and to provide us with other options to take a hot shower in the meantime. All in all 10/10 experience!“

„House was clean and our contact person was very responsive with the one question we had for her. I would have preferred to have less driving, but that’s on me. “

„It’s NOT where advertised. We thought it was in Turtle Bay/Kawela Bay but it’s farther down the road in a neighborhood. There is no “short walk” to the beach. You have to walk through a golf course to get to a beach and it’s not within a visual distance from the home. It is close to a place where there are many food trucks and some shopping tents, which was great. The house is nice. Not very clean, and by the end of our 7 day stay there were about 50 flies in the house with no fly swatters. The ...

„Our stay was very nice. The view was wonderful. The house was very spacious for our family. We had 8 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old and it was perfect for our family. The kitchen and living room area were very nice for us to hang out and visit and eat. We were so busy that we didn’t get to use the hot tub but it was a nice feature.“

"Frühstück hatte ich leider schon gebucht Für 20 Dollar gab es eine. Joghurt mit sehr wenig Müsli oder Ei mit unreifen Tomaten und einem kleinen angebraten Toast Kaffee sehr schlecht Direkt daneben ist ein mc Donalds Personal nicht hilfsbereit Umgebung nicht besonders schön Meerblick leider durch Haus sehr eingeschränkt Zudem Zimmer an stark befahrener Straße "

Sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder!

"Wir waren mitte Dezember 2024 für 8 Nachte im Paradise Beach Resort und sind rundum zufrieden! Hatten Zimmer Nr. 36 mit grossem Balkon, schöner Aussicht und grossem Zimmer (eigentlich 1 Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer plus Kochnische). Unsere Unterkunft war sauber, jedoch nicht 5Sterne-Hotel-perfekt. Es ist etwas abgewohnt, aber in gutem Zustand. Der Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Location ist etwas „abseits des Geschehens“, dafür ruhig gelegen. Täglich gibts in der Lobby Kaffee, Wasser, Eistee und Bananenbrot, auch täglich Live-Ukulele-Unterhaltung! Im Hotel gibts keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto sind es knapp 10 Min. bis Kaneohe, dort gibts Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, usw Pro Tag wird eine Resort-Fee von 42$ verlangt (darin ist Kanu, SUP, Yoga, … inbegriffen), Parking kostet pro Tag 18$. Der Pool und den Hot-Tub haben wir nicht benutzt, diese wurden jedoch täglich gereinigt und machten einen angemehmen Eindruck. Wir können das Hotel für alle sehr empfehlen, die es ruhig, eher einfacher, mit weniger Ansprüchen, aber autentisch haben will! Wir würden beim nächsten Oahu-Besuch wieder diese Unterkunft wählen, da es mit dem Auto auch gut gelegen ist! "
